Here is an extensive list we've collected of what's new in iOS 7 beta 4 which Apple seeded to developers.

Lock Screen
● New chevron (>) arrow added to lock screen in front of "slide to unlock".
changing the lockscreen background now previews the lockscreen.
● Control Center pull up indicator is now just a line. Notification Center pull down indicator is also a line.
● Tapping on lock screen causes a sideward bounce -- prompts users to slide to unlock
● Changing the lockscreen wallpaper will preview the wallpaper with the lockscreen

Camera
● Removed "HDR" overlay in the camera app

● Live Camera Filters for 4S

● Tweaked 'Allow Photo Access' prompt

● Auto-focus square is now orange rather than green

● 'Summarise' option in Photos & Camera setting to make the views for photo collections more compact

● Picture previews aren't "negative" anymore

Phone
● Tweaked dialer call button

● Tweaked answer phone buttons

● You can now disable/enable contact photos in favorites

Music
● Shuffle artist songs

● Playlist download all button is back

Spring Board
● Folders now have better/proper color to match the wallpaper.

● Multitasking Previews are now live, not just a static image

Mail
● PDF files look different in mail app

● The gradient on the mail weather and safari icon's gradients are more subtle.

Messages
● You only see the first letter of a persons last name in the messaging app now.

Notification Center
● "Completed Uploads" in the settings for notification center

● Tabs are now capitalized

● You can now swipe between panels in Notification Center

Game Center
● Game Center settings now accessible

● You can forfeit/delete Game Center challenges within Game Center

Maps
● Frequent Locations can be used to improve Apple Maps, History of Frequent Locations is also shown differently

● Drive time now displayed under the blue car when selecting a location

General
● Dramatically improved response time.

● Animation times are much shorter and snappier.

● Spotlight tweaked, Cancel button in search fields

● Accessibility improvements with bold text

● In a selectable list, the options are now centered

● Apps that use the camera now use the iOS 7 camera

● Caps lock icon and shift icon tweaked

● Siri Q&A Screen when pressing the "?" icon in Siri

● Back button during setup says "back" instead of previous screen

● New iPad "2X' icon when viewing iPhone apps on iPad screen

● Minor Safari UI Tweaks, website without a Favicon show a Safari logo

● New Airplay Icons

● Slight Newstand UI Tweaks

● You can now select a sound for AirDrop alerts

● Compass calibration is now faster

● Screen brightness changes when closing passbook

● Few new icons in Settings.app

● Snooze during alarms says "Tap to Snooze" instead of just snooze

● Search in reminders app

● App Store opens in last section you were visiting instead of the default featured tab

● "Grabbers" have a new look (the tab that comes up for notification center when you're full screen/watching a video)

● Improved algorithm for detecting which font to display depending on wallpaper

● Second hand on clock icon is now active [Thanks @iGlassGuy]

● World clock shows how many hours behind or ahead you are from city

● Some users are reporting changes to the signal bars algorithm. You may notice more 'bars' even though signal strength remains the same.

● Numerous crashes fixed

● We have received word that some users are have difficulties controlling music playback with their headphones (headset remote controls no longer working). We believe this is simply a bug and will hopefully be fixed by the GM release.

My ebay app doesnt allow me to click on the pictures to see multiple pic's on the listings.

1. Calendar is disaster. I can not see my whole day in one screen. Apple can revisit its Calendar in iOS6 to see what I mean. I may have to get out of apple iphone because samsung galaxy offers much better preview of calendar. 2. The icons looks cheap as if painted by a 5 year old using water color. It is a demotion fromicons on iOS6. Seems like Apple is not whatt it was a few years ago. You do not have to demote the areas that is best already (like Calendar).

I own a Galaxy S4 and I've just sold a Galaxy S3,which I've used less than 2 HRS,horrible. I have been using Iphones for ever Man! I still have the Galaxy S4,to me it is harder to use it. To search for something on the dashboard is not easy. Tweaking around a Galaxy is nice,I even put unlimited skips for pandora didnt have to root it. In my opinion the Iphone 5 is way superior. I have both Phones as we speak,I hardly used the galaxyS4.Still in the box I am about to put it on ebay for $650 unlocked

I am also experiencing faster battery drain here. 4s user. it drains about 20% faster than usual in ios6.x specially when wifi is turned on.

before this is all released i have come up with another tweak that should be included into the new iOS7: - instead of holding an icon to be deleted with the cross button on corner, imagine holding down the icon and a submenu comes out with options to 1.mark in case you are deleting more than one app, 2.settings of the app if applicable, 3.delete and 4.information/properties such as memory use, how many mb's it is etc. And one more feature should be a trash can app like mac os where all deleted apps go there to be truly deleted - this feature is sometimes useful because you delete an app but then later regret or need it again wasting data to re-download but this way once you are sure 100% you can delete at end of day or whenever suits

Notification and toggle centers on iphone 4s is opaque. Also, when calling a contact the picture of contact does not display at all (black).

When message comes in now, u cant instantly swipe the notification centre like previously. Now you have to wait for the alert to fade off before u can pull down the notification menu. Which is really bad.

In beta 4 SIRI also got a new, much more natural sounding German voice. Beta 1 was still the iOS 6 voice, beta 2 & 3 provided a new voice with a more natural speech melody, yet the sound itself was way to "metalic", sounding like 5 year old speech synthesis - The new b4 voice is great!

In settings you can select the icon used to show flagged mail. You can pick between a flag or a colour.

Two other new features: Open in background tab is back in safari. Also, the volume display no longer has the red blocks towards the end to show high volume.

ive installed ios 7 Beta 1 before and restored to 6.1.3 on my 4s, i want to install ios 7 again but i keep getting the error 3194 in itunes when i try to update.. any help??

I can confirm that crashes were bettered but not eliminated. About two minutes after updating to Beta 4, the screen darkened a bit and became grey for a second just prior to crashing. I thought the device had died! That's how weird a crash it was.

You can close multiple apps from multitasking now, swipe two or three apps together to close them.

God it looks bloody awful. Apple desperate enough to copy samsung's style. Let the revolt begin. It's the beginning of the end of apples dominance. I'm still on 5.1.1 after the distasterous iOS 6 with abysmal maps, why did they switch from google? Paranoia creeping in. Next to no new things added ? Why can we still not send attachments on email ?
