Base Model iPhone 17 to Keep Same Design as iPhone 16 [Rumor]

The base model iPhone 17 will allegedly retain the same design as the current iPhone 16, according to Jon Prosser.

In a post on X yesterday, Prosser wrote:

Something not mentioned in the video, but I'd like to add here: the regular base iPhone 17 continues the same look as the base iPhone 16. Do with that info what you will..


Apple is widely expected to discontinue the iPhone Plus and introduce a new iPhone 17 Air model with the launch of its next-generation smartphones this fall. The iPhone 17 Air is rumored to feature a new "runway strip" camera bump that will house a single camera, flash, and microphone. While the new iPhone 17 Pro design has yet to be corroborated by other sources, leaker Digital Chat Station recently claimed the iPhone 17 Pro will adopt a large "horizontal matrix" layout.
