Satellite Eyes changes your wallpaper background to a satellite photo of your current location, notes TNW.
A new application by the name of Satellite Eyes by Tom Taylor changes things up. Instead of delivering fractal art or designers' digital creations, Satellite Eyes installs itself in your Mac's menu bar, polls your location and automatically changes your desktop wallpaper to where you currently are, each time it detects you have moved locations.
The app "features a number of different map styles, ranging from aerial photography to abstract watercolors. And if you have multiple monitors, it will take advantage of the full width, spanning images across them."
How about you guys below me read first??? Says it installs on "Mac" and changes "desktop wallpaper".... If that's not clear as day to let you know this is a Mac app then I do not know what is.....
