Torrent Relay has released a private beta of iTR. iTR will allow you to download torrents on your iPhone. You can also play the media (if its supported) on the iPhone.
Another great feature of iTR, is that you can add the torrent URL from your PC or Mac and it will automatically continue on your iPhone.
Currently iClarified has a copy of the beta. We have been playing around with it, and are amazed at how great it works. Stay tuned for the official version.
We're pleased to announce the very first web based torrent client for the torrent client for the iPhone and iPod touch. Letting you easily and conveniently download torrents online, saving them or playing them later on your device of choice.
Becuase this is a beta, being just finalized tonight you may notice cetain bugs and weird things happening. Rest assured, nothing you see can harm any portion of your iPhone or iPod Touch.

yups the application is beta n not out yet. i was trying the web based one on their website. but as u said, i guess it doesnt wrk well. But even when on my laptop, when i try to save the downloaded, it doesn't. Hv u tried it?
This version isn't out yet!
They made this one (you see the above picture) because the original web based client didn't work too well on the iPhone and iPod Touch.
Thats a screenshot of the BETA!
First download Safari Download Plugin form Cydia
Once your looking at iTR and it tells you what files you have downloaded hit the arrow next the the name of the torrent. Here you should see play all media under neath the torrent. You can go a step further and hit the file you downloaded under "Play all media"
You should now have the choice to download the file!
Hit download and thats it.
If you need more assistance I will be more than happy to create a step by step guide on how to download the files.

Fantastic... Native clients eat CPU and your bandwidth.
I've heard around howard forums that this doesn't need a jailbreak. You can also get onto the beta testers list there.
http://torrentrelay.com is the website, but they have no mention of it on their home page.
