Como Realizar Jailbreak para iPod Touch 4G con RedSn0w (Windows) [4.3.2]

Estas son las instrucciones para realizar un Jailbreak al iPod Touch 4G con firmware 4.3.2 usando RedSn0w para Windows. La versión para Mac se encuentra aquí

Paso Uno
Crea una carpeta en tu escritorio llamada Pwnage

Descarga RedSn0w desde aquí y colócalo en la carpeta Pwnage. También descarga el último firmware 4.3.2 más abajo y colócalo en la misma carpeta.

4.3.2 (4G): iPod4,1_4.3.2_8H7_Restore.ipsw

Extrae RedSn0w en la misma carpeta.

Paso Dos
Conecta el iPod Touch a la PC y lanza iTunes.

Selecciona tu iPod Touch de la lista de dispositivos en la izquierda. Mantén apretado Shift y haz click en el botón Restaurar. Restaurar es la opción preferible ya que no crea espacio desperdiciado en el iPod.

Navega hasta la carpeta Pwnage y selecciona el ipsw del firmware 4.3.2. Haz click en el botón Seleccionar para continuar.

Paso Tres
Cuando iTunes haya finalizado de actualizar tu iPod Touch abre la carpeta Pwnage de tu escritorio y lanza redsn0w desde la carpeta redsn0w que extrajiste previamente.

Paso Cuatro
Cuando RedSn0w abra haz click en el botón Browse.

Paso Cinco
Selecciona el ipsw del firmware 4.3.2 de la carpeta Pwnage en tu escritorio y haz click en Open.

Paso Seis
Cuando el firmware haya sido verificado haz click en Next para continuar.

Paso Siete
RedSn0w preparará la información para el jailbreak

Paso Ocho
En esta ventana puedes seleccionar las opciones de jailbreak que desees.

Asegúrate de seleccionar Cydia y haz click en Next para continuar.

Paso Nueve
Enchufa tu iPod Touch a la PC y aségurate de que esté apagado (mantén apretado el botón superior durante 3 segundos y luego selecciona apagar), luego haz click en Next.

Paso Diez
RedSn0w te guiará para poner al iPod en modo DFU. Puedes encontrar más ayuda sobre el modo DFU aquí

Mantén apretados los botones Home y Power por 10 segundos.

Suelta el botón Power y mantén apretado el botó Home hasta que RedSn0w detecte el dispositivo.

Paso Once
El iPod reiniciará.

Paso Doce
RedSn0w cargará el nuevo disco RAM y el nuevo Kernel.

Paso Trece
RedSn0w te avisará que ha finalizado con su tarea. Haz click en Finish. Cuando el iPod Touch finalize de reiniciar estará listo el jailbreak y tendrás Cydia en el SpringBoard.

**Los usuarios de Windows 7 pueden intentar lanzar RedSn0w con provilegios de administrador o en modo compatibilidad para Windows Vista o XP si encuentran alguna dificultad.

hw do i change th restore file to that cube? in itune it dont pick up the zip file, i extractd it but wat do i choose???? pls asap, i hav an ipod touch os 4.3

i tried this jailbreak everything goes well UNTILL it reboots then gets stuck at the apple logo... what do i do.. im confident i did everything correctly cause i tried t several times and on both mac and windows machines.. my ipod is a 4G and is on 4.3.2. PLEASE HELP!

it says download the latest 4.3.2 firmware... but what if my iPod touch is brand new which is already running on iOS 4.3.2. do I download the firmware too? can i know how is it done if my ipod is already running on 4.3.2... thanks in advance... :D

if your device is already 4.3.2 than skip the updating part thing. also yes you have to download the ipsw to be able to load it up with redsnow . cheers :)

it works up until the reboot after everything downloads and after it finishes rebooting it just goes to a screen that shows a picture telling you to connect the usb cable to itunes. what is going on here? can anybody help

Help me, i stuck at "exploiting using limera1n" while jailbreaking my ipod touch 3g 4.3.1. Ive tried almost every method for "stuck at uploading ramdisc".

problem solved, there are actually different versions of firmware 4.3.1, make sure while jailbreaking use the firmware for specified ipod generation, 4 or 3 generation, if not, while jailbreaking using redsn0w, it will get stuck at "exploiting using limera1n".

how do i make the ipsw look like a lego block because it just downloads as a zip file and redsnow keeps crashing with a windows saying that it stopped working ? any help would be greaty appreicated

Rename the extension to .ipsw Windows seems to pair how it's compresed with the .zip extension, so no big deal.

go to redsn0w properties and set it to Windows XP (service pack 3) Compatibility mode and run as administrator.....it should work then.. it workd for me everything was done in less then 5 mins

@Steven Make sure you're running redsn0w as admin (if applicable). Mine hung at the upload for a solid 10 minutes before I cancelled and re-ran it as admin.

same here, says uploading ramdisk with only 2 bars. No progress past that.
