Apple has released a new firmware update for its AirPods Max headphones with USB-C.
The firmware version is 7E108, up from 7E101, released in April 2025. Unfortunately, Apple rarely discloses what is new in minor firmware updates for AirPods. The 7E108 changelog simply read, "Bug fixes and other improvements". The previous release was a more significant one introducing lossless audio and ultra-low latency audio.
