Some parts, allegedly from the iPad mini, have been leaked online by UkrainianiPhone.

Notably, the site indicates that the back cover is made from black anodized aluminum, similar to the iPhone 5. 9to5Mac notices that the LCD appears to be 16:9. Most have believed that Apple will stick to a 4:3 ratio for the device; however, a recent report did say that a 16:9 version was being prototyped.
Apple is rumored to be sending out invitations to an iPad mini event on October 10th.
How can you wtite that it is 16:9 display?
I just looked at the photo and I see, it's 4:3 like all iPads.
And just to be sure after straigthening it in Photoshop it perfectly matches 4:3 format.
