eBay iPad App Can Now Display Items Related to the TV Show You're Watching

eBay has added a new feature to their iPad app that displays items related to the show you're watching on TV.

With a brand new simple interface optimized specifically for the features of the iPad, eBay members will enjoy a new rich search experience with seamless transitions, no pages, to buy and pay for items. Integrated access to My eBay makes it easy for members to quickly check on an auction or monitor sales activity from wherever their iPad has taken them. The eBay iPad experience is streamlined, colorful, and simpler than ever before!

What's New In This Version:
This update to our iPad app introduces a whole new way of shopping, "Watch With eBay". Tune in to your favorite television shows and explore the world of items on eBay related to that show, sports game, or movie all from your iPad!

Watch With eBay is a new and fun way to discover items from the wonderful to the unexpected, all based on what you're watching on your television. After a few quick setup steps, you can browse and view eBay search results based on any television program currently playing in the United States*. You may find DVD sets, signed photographs from your favorite actor or athlete, movie scripts, coffee mugs, jerseys, collectible pieces, and more!

Version 1.7 includes:
- new "Watch with eBay" feature for US users
- fixed crash after receiving notification while in selling flow
- fixed crash caused by tapping images multiple times

* "Watch With eBay" is currently only available for the US due to program data constraints. We may expand this great feature and new technology to more countries later on.
