These are instructions on how to sign a document using your iPhone.
In this example, we'll sign a document that's been received by email but these steps can be applied to documents or PDFs opened from the Files app and elsewhere.
Step One
Tap to open the document you'd like to sign, then press the Markup button at the top right of the screen.
Step Two
Tap the Add button at the bottom right, then choose Signature from the popup menu that appears.
Step Three
Use your finger to sign your name on the line, then press Done
Step Four
Drag your signature to the correct position in the document, using the handles to resize it if necessary.
Step Five
When satisfied with your positioning, exit Markup by pressing the Markup button at the top right. You can then tap the Share button at the bottom left to save, print, and share your signed document, or you can tap Done to quickly email it out.
