The charity auction for coffee with Apple CEO Tim Cook has ended with an astonishing $610,000 bid by an anonymous winner.
MacRumors notes that the bid was placed by a user known only as "a********s." CharityBuzz will not release the person's name; however, based on the publicity surrounding the auction, it's possible they could reveal themselves.
The winner gets an experience valid for 2 people.
Experience will be 30min - 1 hour. Cannot be resold or re-auctioned. Expires 1 year from the close of auction. To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date. Travel and accommodations are not included. Winning bidder and guest(s) subject to security screening.
Proceeds from the auction go to support the RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights.
Obviously it was Tim himself who put in the final bid. He didn't really want to have coffee with some random rich guy. Instead he bid on his own auction and just put his favorite thing as the bidder name "asiandudes".
It was me, ok?!? So I'd pay that kind of money to have coffee with the sexiest geek on the planet. The only thing I'd pay more for would be a threesome with Tim AND Bill Gates. So get off my back!!! No, not you, Tim, you can get on my back ANYTIME!!!! XXXOOO
