Memorial for Steve Jobs to be Held Sunday, October 16th

Apple has invited Silicon Valley's biggest names to a memorial for Steve Jobs on Sunday, October 16th, according to the WSJ.
The event will be held at Stanford University's campus Sunday evening, according to the invitation. It follows a small private funeral held for the Apple co-founder last week. The memorial is expected to be attended by Silicon Valley luminaries and others close to Mr. Jobs, said the invitees.
The event is invitation only and guests were asked to respond to Emerson Collective, a philanthropic organization established by Steve Jobs' wife, Laurene Powell Jobs.
Apple is also planning a celebration of Steve Jobs for Apple employees. The celebration will take place in the outdoor amphitheater on the Infinite Loop campus on Wednesday, October 19, at 10am
