Ce tutorial vous montre comment jailbreaker votre iPhone 3G. Il a été mis à jour pour le firmware 2.2.1.
Pour apprendre comment utiliser PwnageTool pour Déverrouiller/jailbreaker un iPhone 2G utiliser le tuto trouvé: ici.
Si vous avez un iPhone 3g soyez sur d'utiliser iTunes 8.0.2 avant de continuer...
étape un créer un dossier "Pwnage" sur le bureau. Vous aurez besoin de 2 fichiers. PwnageTool 2.2.5, trouver ici ou ici
Vous aurez aussi besoin du firmware iPhone 2.2.1. Mettre le fichier dans le dossier "Pwnage" 2.2.1 (3G): iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_Restore.ipsw
Quand vous télécharger le fichier IPSW, le mieux et d'utiliser Firefox!
étape 2 Double click pour ouvrir PwnageTool 2.2.5.dmg et déplacer le fichier "PwnageTool" dans le dossier crée à l'étape 1.
Dans le dossier Pwnage double click pour lancer l'application PwnageTool.
Cliquer sur Ok dans la fenêtre bleu.
étape 3 Cliquer sur Expert Mode dans la barre des menu
étape 4 Cliquez pour choisir votre type d'iPhone. Une marque verte s'affiche sur votre modèle d'iPhone.
étape 5 Cliquez sur le bouton bleu avec la flèche blanche. Vous arriver sur la page de choix du fichier IPSW. Sur mon Mac, le fichier IPSW et trouver automatiquement. si PwnageTool ne le trouve pas cliquez sur Browse for IPSW....
Cliquez pour choisir le fichier IPSW trouvé, iune marque verte apparaît. Cliquez sur le bouton bleu pour continuer.
étape 6 Vous arriver sur une page qui vous propose 7 choix. Cliquer sur General puis sur le bouton bleu pour continuer.
Le réglage General vous permet de choisir la taille de la partition. Cocher activate the phone et Disable partition wipe-out. Cliquer sur le bouton bleu.
NOTE*: Dé-cocher Activate si vous avez un iPhone activé légalement. NOTE*: Si besoin vous pouvez modifier la taille de la partition root. Ma première tentative a échoué à la création de l'IPSW jusqu'à ce que j'aie augmenté la taille à environ 695 MB.
Le réglage Bootneuter n'est pas disponible pour iPhone 3G. Cliquez sur le bouton bleu
Le réglage Cydia vous permet de choisir les fichiers que vous voulez installer.
Cliquez sur l'onglet Download packages. Puis sur le bouton Refresh pour afficher tout les packages disponible. Doubles clique sur le package que vous voulez installer le rend disponible dans l'onglet Select Packages.
Cochez ce que vous voulez puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu.
le menu Custom Packages Settings affiche la liste des packages pour votre fichier IPSW modifier. Ne pas modifier. Cliquez sur le bouton bleu pour continuer.
Le menu Custom Logos Settings permet de changer l'image de démarrage. Cliquez sur le bouton Browse pour choisir le logo de Boot et de Recovery. Si vous voulez utiliser les logos iClarified ils sont ici: Boot Logo, Recovery Logo
Important format à respecté: RGB ou niveau de gris avec transparence et dimension 320x480...
Cliquez sur le bouton bleu.
étape 7 Vous êtes prêt à commencer le processus pwnage ! Cliquez sur le bouton Build puis sur le bouton Bleu pour commencer .
étape 8 Ont vous demande où enregistrer le fichier ipsw, choisir le dossier créer à l'étape 1.
Votre fichier ipsw va être construit. Patientez environ 10 minutes.
Ont vous demande votre mot de passe administrateur. Entrez le et cliquez sur le bouton OK .
Si vous avez déjà utiliser PwnageTool sur votre iPhone avant, cliquez sur YES, si vous n'êtes pas sur cliquez sur No. Permet de futur restauration.
éteignez votre iPhone. Assurez vous qu'il soit branché sur le port USB.
étape 9 Soyez prêt à suivre les instructions. Appuyez en même temps sur le bouton power (en haut) et sur le bouton home (en bas, le petit carré) pendant 10 seconds. Relâchez le bouton power et maintenir le bouton home pendant encore 10 seconds pour entrer un mode DFU.
Si vous échouez un message rouge apparaît. Cliquer sur Yes pour recommencer. Débrancher le câble usb de l'iPhone. Éteindre puis allumer l'iPhone. Brancher le câble usb et éteindre l'iPhone à la demande.
Quand c'est ok, Pwnage 2.2 affiche un message indiquant que vous êtes en mode DFU cliquer sur OK, quitter PwnageTool. iTunes affiche un message cliquer sur OK.
IMPORTANT***: Si vous êtes sous os 10.5.6 vous pourriez avoir des problèmes pour entrer votre iPhone en mode DFU. Vous pouvez résoudre le problème en branchant un HUB USB entre l'ordinateur et l'iPhone. Autre solutions, exécuter ce script automator. NOTE*: Soyez sur que le script soit exécuté complètement. Si les fichiers ne sont pas proprement remplacés vous pourriez perdre le clavier ou la souris au prochain démarrage. D'ici quelques jours nous proposerons un post pour activer le mode DFU sur votre Mac.
étape 10 Dans iTunes, appuyez sur la touche Alt/Option et cliquez sur Restore.
étape 11 Naviguer jusqu'au dossier Pwnage sur votre bureau dans la fenêtre qui est apparu. Choisir le fichier IPSW modifié que vous avez créer (iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_Custom_Restore.ipsw) et cliquer sur le bouton Open .
étape 12 iTunes va restaurer le firmware sur votre iPhone. Cela peut prendre environ 10 minutes.
Si vous le souhaiter vous pouvez restaurer les réglages de votre iPhone depuis un précédente sauvegarde depuis iTunes.
étape 13 Quand la restauration et complète l'iPhone re-démarre. Vous devriez voir Cydia sur le SpringBoard!

yea this pretty much just screwed my phone up......i can't restore it to its original firmware or anything! And the jailbroken firmware freezes everytime i power it up. So im pretty sure I just wasted 300 dollars ....FML any ideas...

I got an USB problem. I followed the steps with out any problems until i got to the USB connection. It will not find my iphone 3gs. It appears in Itunes , the charger works great. So the problem is not the cable. Is there any one out there who got the same issue, and maybe got thrue it..
Hi Keith, are you plugging it into the keyboard or the back of the display if so don't the power from these are not enough and needs to be plugged directly into the computer. If you are try using a USB hub this may alleviate any problems you may have.
Hi, I have the same problem as Tannoy (posted on 2009-05-20), i.e. can't switch on the phone at all after I botched this. Would anyone happen to know if there is anything I can do to resuscitate a resolutely non-responsive 3g, other than take it to applestore and beg them not to charge too much?
Thank you so much for this. My iPhone pretty much died about 3 weeks after jailbreaking. This tutorial helped me restore. After a wasted day dealing with Apple's proprietary BS, I can finally rest!
my phone has firmware 2.2.1 5H11 ..when i download it and browse for it in pwnage tool it says it's the wrong bundle, i should be downloading and saving the same firmware that is on my phone currently correct?
When i download the iphone firmware it gives me a folder instead of the block looking thing in the tutorial. i have tried redownloading it but nothing new happens. please help

I got to as far as step nine, and the message popped up saying "and ipod was detected". I tried opening iTunes but I don't see my iPhone showing. To make matter worse, now I can't even turn on my iPhone at all. Please let me know what's going on with my iPhone. Did I break it?
Hey what was your modem firmware?
Do not try with 02.30.. firmware otherwise you will face difficulties.
Open your i phone normally itunes connection screen will come and make restore
Then try for jailbreak and unlock again

Hey, I keep getting to about step 9 but an error message pops up and says an iPod was detected but could not be found (not actually what it says, but that's pretty much it without the technical language), and asks me to reconnect my iPod, even though I'm doing it with an iPhone 3G... Anyways, it's really bugging me because I've tried pretty much everything I can, so, e-mail me: joeweston1015@hotmail.co.uk with any helpful comments!
Hey man, I get the same thing but if I pull out and reinsert my phone everything is cool except it tells me that I can't use my backup because the software is too old! It's not I backed up with the new software having been installed an running fine for 6 days. What if anything worked for you. At one point I had everything on the phone except I had "no service"! i get this error message with iTunes 8.1.1 and have entered DFU mode with my iphone 3g. I have used the script and all that jazz with no help. What gives? For all of you in a similar situation: to get out of the DFU mode, hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds and then press the power button. Below is my error message. HELP!
