کامکس,جیلبریگ کننده ی قدیمی "آی او اس" برای کار به اپل می رود.

اون واقعا خیلی خیلی سرگرم کننده بود ولی من خسته شدم.

بنابراین پس از هفته ی آینده برای کار به اپل می روم.

ماسکلنرد از تیم برنامه نویسان آیفون بهترین آرزو ها را برای کامکس کرده,همونطور که ما ارزو می کنیم.

نیکلاس الگرا معروف به کامکس برای اولین بار در ماه مارس 2010 جیلبریک آنتترد را برای "3 جی اس" را ریلیز کرد.سپس در ماه اوت 2010 جیلبریک آنتترد برای ورژن 4.0 را برای تمامی دستگاه ها از جمله آیفون ۴ ریلیز کرد. این جیلبریگ به جیلبریگ می 2.0 معروف بود و به راحتی می توانست با موبایل سافاری انجام شود. بعد از اینکه اپل توانست حفره ی امنیتی پی دی اف را ببندد,کامکس دوباره توانست آپدیتی برای جیلبریگ می عرضه کند تا بتواند ای او اس ۴.۳.۳ و آیپد ۲ را به صورت آنتترد جیلبریگ کند.

دینو دی زوی, همکار نویسنده ی کتاب مک هکر, به فوربز گفت پختگی و کاملی جیلبریگ می همانند استاکسنت(همان ویروس ساخته شده توسط آمریکا یا اسراییل که باعث بر هم زدن کامپیوتر های هسته ای ایران شد) می باشد. او مقایسه کرده مهارت های آلگرا رو با حمایت دولت ها و شرکت ها, همان چیزی که در صنعت امینت سایبر "تهدید مداوم پیشرفته" نامیده می شود.دای زوی: احتمالا پنج سال پیش از آنها...

کامکس از جامعه آیفون جیلبریگ بشدت دور خواهد شد.

think it in a good way, the devs are going to attempt to get apple jailbreak free, but jailbroken already. i mean like.... enabling cydia and those stuff

So, Comex is accepting an "internship" at Apple and everyone is congratulating him? Somebody explain to me how being a grunt at Apple compares to being a world-famous hacker. The profiles just don't match. Something doesn't smell right. The jailbreak party is over...time to go home everyone.

Being an intern at Apple does not equate to being a "grunt." ALL Apple employees(besides some management positions) start out as interns. To be asked to be an intern at Apple is one of the highest accomplishments a developer can attain. He will work his way up through the company (like all previous interns have) and have a long and successful career working for them.

So, being asked to intern is higher (in you opinion) than being a world-famous hacker? It's called selling out. Apple is a very difficult place to fit in. It's corporate and if you don't drink the Kool-aid and fit in, you are OUT. You act like every hackers dream is to intern at Apple to become a corporate lackey, just like the drones from the 1984 commercial. Think different... I don't think so! The party is over.

ok... that is it looks like my iPad 2 will stay in 4.3.3 for I am not sure how long, but.... I hope someone else pick up the flag and move on with us, because the dev-team is already paid by Apple and or gevey....

Wow, first geohot gets hired by Facebook, and now comex is going to Apple. Both have elevated what I can do with my iPhone and iPad immensely and I'm grateful for that. Looks like Cydia will be in trouble. A big Congrats and Thanks to comex and yes, you will be sorely missed, but it'll be nice to get paid for your awesome work and all of your time that you've invested over the years. ;-)

Its pretty obvious dis was goingto happen. Y else do features on cydia show upon new iphones nd how come no unlocks for ip4?? Dev team works for apple

Agree about dev-team!they released an unlock for the first bb of iphone4,so people would buy them in millions...then no unlock came out,not even for the second bb...i'm not an expert,but i really don't think that since the second bb of the iPhone4 it's an entire different universe and can't be patched...anyways,we don't pay them we can't ask them nothing...

Jailbreakers been working to Apple more or less since day one. Generating massive sales of iOS-Devices. Without ability to Jailbreak millions of devices would not have been sold, without ability to jailbreak iOS devices are handicap. Without Jailbreak i too would have switched to the other side.

Lost - LOL LOL LOL. I bought 4 iOS Devices since v.1 and thats purely because they been all Jailbreakable. How do you make that loss for Apple? And i presume there are at least million others that think the same... without JB i would have gone to Android camp long long time ago.
