All iPhone 16 Models Support 45W USB-C Fast Charging!

It appears that all four of Apple's new iPhone 16 model support USB-C fast charging at 45W, a significant boost from the previous generation's max charging speeds of around 29W.

The improved charging specification was revealed in Apple's product certification with the China Quality Certification Centre. The certificates for each device were spotted by WHYLAB (via ShrimpApplePro) and shared on Weibo.

The iPhone 16 series has passed the national quality certification, with all four models supporting up to 45W fast charging, which is faster than last year's 29W charging.

As can be seen in the screenshots below, the iPhone 16 supports charging at up to 15V at 3A for 45W max.

If you plan on getting an iPhone 16, we'd suggest ordering a power adapter capable of higher speed charging.
