Take a Look at Apple and Samsung's Proposed Verdict Forms for Jurors

Take a look both Apple and Samsung's proposed verdict forms for jurors, posted by the WSJ earlier today.

Each side has proposed a form to the judge for the jury to fill out. There are dozens of questions, each with multiple parts. The general principle is that for each device, the jury has to indicate "yes" or "no" for whether a certain patent is infringed.

Then there are fill-in-the-blank questions like: "What is the dollar amount that Samsung is entitled to receive from Apple for Samsung's utility patent infringement claims on the '516 and '941 patents?" Fun stuff.


Judge Lucy Koh has the ultimate say on the form jurors will see. At her request Apple and Samsung are discussing settlement one last time today before a jury is asked to decided who wins.
