Leaked Photos of iPhone 'N94' Prototype LCD Show No Changes

Leaked photos of an iPhone 'N94' prototype LCD, digitizer, and home button have been posted online by MacPost.
The images are very similar to current iPhone 4 parts. Mentioning the DigiTimes report today that the iPhone 5 will get a metal back, the site says it thinks these parts are for the "cost-effective iPhone 4S and not for upgraded model".
The LCD part is clearly labeled as N94 "EVT1″ (Engineering Verification Testing) with date '03-March-2011′. Whilst, the white front cover posted few days back was labeled "EVT2″ with date '07-June-2011′. Since these are marked as N94 EVT1, the images are definitely of next generation model.
The panel part shows same bezel space on the sides of the display, as well as similar space between the screen and the home button and top ear piece, when compared with iPhone 4. If you compare the digitizer component, it is exactly the same as that of iPhone 4 model. The home button might not be going anywhere and the cut-out area for Home Button is still circular which debunks earlier claim that iPhone 5 will get an elongated Home Button (rather capacitive). But then there is a slightly burning question Are these images of iPhone 5 or 4S?
Take a look at the images below...
