Trước khi làm theo hướng dẫn của bài này, phải đảm bảo iPhone của các bạn có bootloader 5.8. Có thể tìm thấy các hướng dẫn về việc kiểm tra phiên bản của bootloader tại đây: Windows, Mac. Và chắc chắn iPhone phải có baseband 2.30, các bạn có thể làm theo cách sauthis tutorial. Các bạn cần phải cài đặt MobileTerminal để hoàn thành hướng dẫn này.

Bước 1
Mở ứng dụng Cydia từ SpringBoard.

Làm thế nào để hạ Firmware iPhone 3G 2,30 (2.2.1) Baseband dành cho Unlock

Bước 2
Chọn mục dưới cùng của màn hình.

Bước 3
Chọn iClarifed trong danh sách. Nếu không nhìn thấy iClarified, bạn sẽ cần phải thêm mã nguồn iClarified bằng cách sử dụng hướng dẫn these.

Bước 4
Chọn DownBB trong danh sách.

Bước 5
Chọn Install nút nằm phía trên bên phải màn hình.

Bước 6
Chon Confirm để bắt đầu cài đặt.

Bước 7
Sau khi cài đặt hoàn tất, bấm chọn thẻ tab Return to Cydia.

Bước 8
Chọn nút Home để quay trở lại SpringBoard sau đó chọn Terminal

Bước 9
Nhập su vào cửa sổ Terminal, sau đó nhập alpine khi con trỏ đi đến dòng password.

Bước 10
Nhập DownBB vào cửa sổ Terminal để chạy các tập lệnh hạ baseband.

Bước 11
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu xác nhận tiếp tục hay không. Hãy chắc chắn rằng iPhone có baseband 2.30 và có bootloader 5.8 trước khi chọn yes.

Bước 12
DownBB sẽ thực hiện các tập lệnh để hạ baseband.

Bước 13
Sau khi hoàn thành, nó sẽ tự động khởi động lại iPhone của bạn.

Bước 14
Bây giờ baseband của iPhone bạn sẽ là 2.28.

Bước 15
Và bây giờ chúng ta có thể mở khóa, theo hướng dẫn unlock iPhone 3G here!

i have iphone 3g bootloader 6.2 .... by mistake i upgraded it to 4.2.1 baseband 5.15.04 .... now its sim is not getting unlocked..... Is there any way to do it......as the baseband cannot be downgraded using fuzzyband......??????????

The solution is to upgrade to 3.0 OS and then use Ultasnow to unlock..it works for 5.9 and 6.2 bootloader.

Thank you for the help. However, yet, the problem could not be solved. Again, we request your help. At present, it is " modem version 02.30.03 ", "OS 5G77". Tell the way of changing into modem version 02.28.0. It tried a down grade in the envoy modem version in the Fuzzyband software. However, because the bootloader version was to do 5.9 being, it isn't possible to do a change. Tell the way of changing a bootloader version into 5.8. Or, tell the way of modem version's being able to be changed in the other way. I request your help.

Hi, Dev team, we know that you guys are working on upgrading Yellowsn0w to make it possible to unlock bootloader 5.09 - 6.0. Hopefully can be done... don't let Apple laugh at us... poor people who really don't want to be "jailed" and the people who decided to follow your path.
