Jailbreak com o BlackRa1n, disponível. (Windows apenas)

its simple. I have an iphone 3gs that was on 3.0 firmware-this jailbreak didnt work. Updated to 3.1.2 from itunes and tried the jailbreak again and it worked in 10 seconds. If you are not worried about your phone being locked for the next little while, update first. I did this with vista 64 bit and didnt have to shut anything off in itunes or any of that. Im not sure what tricks there are to preserve unlock but if you dont care just update first. Also, dont download cydia and icy at the same time cause they dont play nice. Sidenote: this update was not worth the trouble...dont update if you really dont have to.

I posted this as a comment to another posting .. but I'm going to make this a new thread .. so that most people will see .. IT WORKS. I ran this on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit without having to do any compatilbility changes .. absolutely no issues what so ever. Application ran perfectly, took seconds, iPhone 3Gs 3.1.2 is now JB and I AM LOVING IT. Thank you GeoHot .. EXCELLENT JOB :)

If you're having problem try this ..... : Start blackra1n app. If you are on Windows 7 or Vista, run the app with “Windows XP Compatibility” mode by enabling it from the “Properties” tab to avoid any errors during the jailbreak process. this worked for me...

is anyone else having trouble with winterboard
MARIO
MARIO - October 11, 2009 at 10:22pm
Yeah, Winterboard doesn't apply. I tried multiple times and it doesn't seem to work. You'll get a warning with Cydia regarding issue's with verifications of Version. Overall, I get my appolu and I'm happy. But would be nice if Winterboard would be working for this version. Anybody know a fix?

Having no problems with anything on a iPhone 3GS, installed Winterboard .. once I grabbed that, installed "FiveIconDock", "Five Column Springboard", "iC Theme Essentials", "WeatherIcon" and "LiveClock" .. downloaded from MacCiti the great Montys ACIER theme .. installed perfectly. Here is one person that is in heaven .. again GeoHot .. EXCELLENT JOB mate.

When I try to apply a theme on my iPod touch 2g, the loading circle on it freezes and then it just goes back to the normal home screen.

I found a fix. Restore, rejailbreak, and do not use rock to restore jailbroken apps. you must fresh install jailbroken apps!
