Apple MacBook Air Now Starts With 16GB of RAM, No Price Increase

Posted 4 hours ago by iClarified
Apple has announced that the MacBook Air now starts with a base 16GB of RAM, without an increase to its starting price.

The company made the announcement alongside the debut of new MacBook Pro models today.

MacBook Air is the world's most popular laptop, and with Apple Intelligence, it's even better. Now, models with M2 and M3 double the starting memory to 16GB, while keeping the starting price at just $999 — a terrific value for the world's best-selling laptop.

You can order the Macbook Air from Apple.com. If you don't require 16GB of RAM, we'd expect some significant discounts when retailers clear out their inventory of 8GB models. Please download the iClarified app or follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and RSS for more Mac updates!
