Voici les instructions sur la façon de jailbreaker n'importe quel iPhone (iPhone 4 inclu) sur iOS 4 avec JailbreakMe de Comex. Avant de commencer assurez-vous que votre appareil est activé en iOS 4.0.0 ou 4.0.1.

Etape Une
Lancez Safari depuis le Springboard (le bureau).

Comment Jailbreaker Votre iPhone Avec JailbreakMe [4.0.0, 4.0.1]

Etape Deux
Selectionnez la barre d'adresse et y entrer http://jailbreakme.com et ensuite appuyez sur Done.

Etape Trois
Pour commencer le jailbreak glissez simplement le curseur vers la droite.

Etape Quatre
Une barre d'information s'affiche montrant la progression du téléchargement.

Etape Cinq
Une fois le téléchargement complet, le jailbreak va commencer

Etape Six
Une fois le jailbreak annoncé comme terminé appuyez sur OK.

Appuyez sur le bouton Home pour voir Cydia sur votre bureau!

Félicitations c'est fait! Vous pourrez maintenant continuer en installant UltraSn0w pour désimlocker votre appareil. Les utilisateur de iPhone 4 auront besoin d'attendre encore un peu une mise à jour de UltraSn0w qui arrive très bientôt.

It didn't work on an iphone 3G 4.2.1,just a waste of time.

i downloaded using the jailbreakme.com all ok there but when i went to cydia i get error "unable to load" the certificate for this server is invalid.......help!

put your iphone in DFU mode and the hit restore,but its going to upgrade your iphone to 4.1 and then u cant jailbreak it using jailbreakme.com

Hi, is there anyway to pass the recovery screen to access safari? I have a non activated iphone 3gs, now with 3.0 jailbroken and unlock. But if i upgrade to 4.0.1 i will get stuck in recovery mode?

u cant delete cydia! maybe its hidden for some reason,go to spotlight search and search for cydia

I just tried to go to the jailbreakme.com page and it looks as if its down my iphone does not show the jailbreakme.com page it says " PlaceHolder Page" "The owner of this website has not put up any web pages yet please come back later" is the server down? when i go to the site on my imac it looks like its working but my iphone wont.

hi, i'm using iphone 3GS firmware 3.1.2, trying to restore to 4.0.1 firmware through iTunes by using Shift-Restore button and select the file (iPhone2,1_4.0.1_8A306_Restore). It prompt me that my iPhone will erase and restore, verified with Apple. So i proceed to restore. When verifying with Apple, it prompt to say that "device are not eligible to this restore". Anyone has any solution to this problem?

I have the same problem!!! I'm not sure should u first upgrade to 4.1 with iTunes in order to be able to downgrade or what?:)

So guys, i'm trying to jailbreak my new iphone 4. But when i went to look at the version I had, it was the 4.0.2, how do I change it back to 4.0.1? any help would be appreciated. thanks
