Apple has added a new Distraction Control feature for Safari in iOS 18 beta 5. The beta was just seeded to developers earlier today.
Distraction Control lets you hide elements of webpage that you find distracting. This will not work for refreshing ad units or sync across your devices at this time.
To try out Distraction Control, tap the menu button at the left side of the address bar in Safari. Then, choose Hide Distracting Items from the menu that appears. Select the page element you would like to remove, then tap the blue Hide button. To save your changes, tap Done.
