Apple Studio Display Has 64GB of Onboard Storage

Apple's new 27-inch Studio Display has 64GB of onboard storage, according to developer @KhaosT.

The developer shared a screenshot of the Studio Display's disk layout on Twitter yesterday.

The new Studio Display was just released last week and offers several features like "Center Stage" that are powered by the A13 chip that Apple used in the iPhone 11.

Notably, the Apple TV 4K ships with an A12 processor and a base 32GB of storage, meaning the Studio Display could technically function as a more powerful Apple TV if the company wanted to enable the feature.

It's likely that Apple chose 64GB of storage because that was the most economical choice for the company, despite currently only needing 2% of that.
