iOS 14.5 Beta 3 Introduces New 'Items' Tab in Find My to Track Accessories

The third beta of iOS 14.5 seeded to developers today introduces a new 'Items' tab in Find My that will let users track third party accessories.

Support for Accessories
Add non-Apple products to Find My. Locate your backpack, luggage, headphones, or other items.


Improved Notifications
Set location notifications for the people close to you in more ways than ever before.

Find My network
Locate your devices on a map even when they are not connected to Wi-Fi or cellular.

Belkin has already announced upcoming SOUNDFORM Freedom True Wireless Earbuds that will work with Find My. Apple's widely rumored AirTag tracker will likely be managed from the 'Items' tab as well.
