How to Change the Default Browser on Your iPhone [Video]

These are instructions on how to change the default browser on your iPhone using iOS 14 or newer. You may want to do this if you prefer using a web browser on your iPhone that isn't Safari.
Step One
Download a third party browser from the App Store. Examples include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and DuckDuckGo. We'll use the DuckDuckGo privacy browser for this tutorial.
Step Two
Tap to launch Settings from your Springboard.
Step Three
Select your new browser from the Settings menu.
Step Four
Tap Default Browser App.
Step Five
Select your new browser from the list of available browsers to make it default.
