iPhone 12 May Ship With 20W Charger

The new iPhone 12 may finally ship with a faster charger, according to leaker Mr·white.

In a tweet earlier today, Mr·white predicted that the "New iPhone 12 will Be Equipped with 20W Power Adapter" and shared images of what could be a prototype adapter.

Currently, Apple ships 5W chargers with its iPhones despite their ability to support fast charging; however, the iPad Pro comes with a 18W charger.


The iPad charger can be used with the iPhone to significantly improve charging times. If you don't already have the 18W charger for your iPhone, you can purchase it here for $20. Don't forget to get a USB-C to Lightning cable as well.
