Apple to Reopen Beijing Apple Stores Tomorrow With Reduced Hours

Apple will reopen some of its retail stores in Beijing tomorrow with reduced hours, reports Reuters. However, many Apple Stores in mainland China will remain closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Its five stores in Beijing will open from Feb. 14 between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., according to Apple’s website, shorter than its usual hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Stores in cities such as Shanghai and Shenzhen remain shut.
“In view of public health and prevention, some of our retail stores are temporarily closed,” said a notice on the company's website.
Apple is also asking customers who visit the store to wear a mask and cooperate with temperature taking.
China started confirming cases of coronavirus with CT scans yesterday which surged the number of confirmed cases to 60,409 and the death toll to 1,370.
