Uh, dumb question, but just what features of iOS 13.1 does this feature for older devices? Is it only one or two key security features, or does or does it offer older devices additional features? Also, is there any reason for those already upgraded newer phones, or is the only security feature being addressed the user’s ability to jailbreak their devices?

Does not bring new features, recently discovered security issues gets fixed in this release, exploit used to jailbreak was already patched in 12.4.1, this has security patches.
