Apple Releases iOS 12.1.3 Beta 3 to Developers [Download]

Apple has released iOS 12.1.3 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 16D5037a.
The new firmware contains bug fixes and improvements, including:
● Accessibility Resolved Issues: Resolved an issue where some user interface elements were inaccessible to VoiceOver in the “Electrocardiogram (ECG)” and “Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification” sections in Health > Health Data > Heart. (46505168)
● Core Audio Resolved Issues: Audio performance when using some third-party apps is improved on iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation) and iPad Pro 11-inch models. (46037111)

Hmm. Those ‘new features’ sound pretty slim. No fix for widespread internet/mobile outages, and as expected, nothing to address the abandoned iPhone X other than to trash every photo you’ve ever taken and start again. Seems Apple’s new strategy is to put blinders on and ignore ALL outstanding features rather than to re-air their past failures.
I accept that last years ’premier’ phone is toast, but Tim Cook’s failure to recognize serious blunders means recent unforced errors are unlikely to ever be fixed.
