Cydia Impactor Updated to Fix CPP 160 Error

Saurik has released an update to Cydia Impactor, a tool used to install IPA files on iOS and APK files on Android.

The update addresses a http-win.cpp:160 error that has troubled users recently. It also adds support for pasting in passwords on macOS.
