iOS 11 Camera App Recognizes QR Codes

Apple has updated the Camera app in iOS 11 beta with support for recognizing QR codes.

The implementation is simple. Open the Camera app. Point it at a QR code and a notification appears. Tapping the notification will perform an appropriate action. For example, if the QR code points to a web link, then tapping the notification will open the link in mobile Safari.

Apple keeps on stealing jailbreak ideas and original devs get no credit or remuneration for their work as it happened with F.lux & night shift... I understand that iOS has high security standards, but making things hard for us jailbreakers for our testing and usage (tweaks) for viability of future iOS 'new features' is no way to say 'thanks' at all. Staying on iOS 10.2 till 11 gets jailbroken, no matter what.

If he was alive you'd still be stuck with 4" display at best.
