Tim Cook's fifth annual Charitybuzz auction has ended, raising $688,999 for the Robert F Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights.
The auction offered bidders the opportunity to have lunch with Apple CEO Tim Cook at Apple Park, the company's new campus in Cupertino, California. A total of 31 bids were placed over the past two weeks with an anonymous bidder winning the auction earlier today.
The amount raised is the highest thus far. Last year's auction raised $515,000.
