KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that Apple will release an 8GB iPhone 5s for emerging markets and a rumored cheaper iMac at next week's WWDC.
As iPhone 5S is a highly popular model, we predict Apple may launch an 8GB version to boost market share in emerging markets.
Kuo notes that Apple probably will not spend time announcing the 8GB iPhone 5s on stage, but will probably debut the device sometime around then. Currently, a cheaper 8GB iPhone 5c is offered in emerging markets, however the timing of an 8GB iPhone 5s seems unusual.
As for the cheaper iMacs, earlier today, findings in the new 10.9.4 release pointed to a new iMac model, which will probably be announced at WWDC. Shipping times for iMacs have also started to slip, hinting at a possible upgrade.
The WWDC keynote kicks off Monday at 10AM PST / 1PM EST, where we will most likely see iOS 8 and OS X 10.10 for the first time. Stay tuned to iClarified via Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
