Thanks Philip I did get the free doughnuts and maxed it but stayed at 37 but if that's the level I should be I'm quite happy. Thanks for fast response

Got that sorted out. Got to level 37 after the icon went back to normal. It showed that I was nearing level 38 and when that happened it didn't change it just stayed sat 37

The max level you can be at right now is level 37. After you max it, you'll get the free donuts and when they update with level 38, you'll automatically be level 38.

Delete the extra icon? You can always try uninstalling the entire application and downloading it again from the App store where you got it from. Just make sure your town is tied to an origin account and when you reinstall it, you should be able to login with your origin ID and password and should be fine.

My game hasn't updated after the 7th nov. My daughter also plays it and hers has updated

Try downloading the update from the (M)Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
