Apple Expects to Sell More of the iPhone 5c Than the iPhone 5s?

Display panel orders suggest that Apple expects to sell more the iPhone 5c than the iPhone 5s, reports DigiTimes.
According to the site, suppliers are expected to ship 10-15 million iPhone 5s panels in the third quarter with Sharp filling 7 million units. LG and Japan Display will reportedly be responsible for the rest of the units. In the fourth quarter, suppliers are expected to ship more than 20 million panels for the iPhone 5s.
In terms of the iPhone 5c, Japan Display will land more than half of the panel orders throughout 2013, with Sharp expected to pick up more than half of the remaining portion while LG Display will be responsible for the remaining orders, the sources said. Panel orders for the iPhone 5c are expected to surpass 30 million units in the fourth quarter, the sources said.
Notably, those estimates suggest that Apple expects to sell 50% more iPhone 5c devices than iPhone 5s devices.
