Alleged iPhone 5S Camera Module Surfaces, Points to Separate LED Flash Component

The purported iPhone 5S camera module has leaked, showing just a camera and a standalone attached to a ribbon. However, if this part were real, it would be a design change from the current iPhone 5, which has the LED flash ribbon connected to the same camera module as on piece. Originally, this part was thought to be for the iPHone 5C, Apples low-cost device rumored to launch soon.
It has been rumored that the next generation iPhone 5S will has a dual LED flash system for better low light images, and perhaps that is the reason for the design change in the camera module.
While the part gives no indication of the quality of the lens, the iPhone 5S is rumored to have a 12-MP camera with a Dual LED flash and better lens for improved low light performance. Additionally, the device is rumored to have a fingerprint sensor, improved processor, and more.
The iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S are expected to arrive in late September.
