@Duh Well you obviously must go to a school that doesn't teach history. Yes some hard working American's worked on the moon landing and the launch of the Apollo program but what you DO need to do is read and go to school, Majority of the engineers from the Apollo program were Canadian that were fresh off of projects that were cancelled like the Avro Arrow project which was cancelled because the US Government tricked the government into cancelling the program at which point they did (not Canada's shining moment) because the US did not want to admit that someone else was able to create something they were not and once the program was cancelled the US tried to buy all the planes because they knew it was an amazing design and the US gobbled up the engineers because they were able to overcome things that other countries were unable to. If you went to school and learned history, you would have learned that when WW2 ended Russia and US strived to get AS MUCH German tech as they could INCLUDING giving Nazi Scientists US Citizenship to work on Rocket's and they brought designs like the V2 rocket because they saw the benefits of being able to launch Rockets. US had nowhere near the ability to produce rockets or weapons and space exploration.
This is something that has repeated itself over and over. There are some great innovations coming from all countries if everyone could work together the amazing things that could happen similar to the international space station where everyone that contributes to it benefits and the science and medical discoveries have helped others but when 1 country claims they do everything when they didn't it makes those people look stupid.
Majority of the iphone is made by Samsung, yes the IOS and some components and some engineers are in the US but keep in mind there are other companies out there that now make better stuff that Apple. Why is it you ask??? Because Apple is doing it to themselves by sueing everyone that comes out with something similar to themselves at which point other companies find ways to come out with better stuff and now Apple is so far behind people are jumping ship from Apple. Its so bad I wouldn't be surprised if the Goophone actually ends up with better tech than Apple because Apple can only stamp a new number on something with no real innovation since Steve Jobs died. 4 in screen is all you'll ever need because your thumbs will be able to access the screen and all other companies that come out with larger screens are basically stupid as per Apple, now they are looking at coming out with something bigger - now how will they justify the larger screen?? Like how Apple got made at companies because of Tablets but yet Apple didn't invent tablets Microsoft originally did...

Actually there is a warranty seal with the scwres. The first time you undo them you will notice some resistance and a blue green thing on the screw. That goes away after screwing back in.

It's a good thing you didn't. It may look pretty but you would get frustrated dealing with the clumsy interface, always having to reboot, and lack of quality content. You can make a fake Porsche out of a VW Bug frame. Looks like a porsche inside and out. Just a different engine, suspension, brakes, steering, etc. No matter how hard you try, it will never be a Porsche.
Shows what you know, Porsche owns like 40-60% of VW and was originally started by the man who created VW so your comment is mute and some education is in order. Not that I would ever buy the goophone but EVERYTHING out their is a copy of something previously invented in some fashion or another. You don't see Mercedes sueing people because they made a car that has 4 wheels and remotely looks similar just because they were the first to make a car. Yes Mercedes made the first car not ford. Innovation is a good thing it allows humans to move forward. Like the American's taking credit for landing on the moon first even though it was a Canadian design for the moon lander and German design on the rockets so essentially the US did nothing but take designs from other people. So leave the goophone alone, if it's meant to be successful it will be if not it'll fail like tons of other products.

I have no idea why some people who always tend to make comparisons out of a car. Although they both shares similar production process phase. But phone and car need to be comparerd separately.
What I would like to bring up here is that people still talking about who's copying, who arent becuase they don't see much of variations from the copied version.
If you understand how Intellectual Property that protects from duplicates that damages that appreciations around the other art pieces and design.
Why would you think the great art pieces are still protected becuase the society respects arts. Mindlessly copying one's design is ethically wrong, but if they make it better or put some variations into it, I wouldn't see any problems there.
