BravoBug Software announces the release of EasyBatch v1.2, a simple but powerful batch image processor for Mac OS X. EasyBatch provides a powerful set of image processing tools, all packed into an intuitive and easy-to-use interface that make manipulating large folders of images quick and easy. EasyBatch provides DPI-independent scaling, allowing you to resize images proportionately or to a fixed size, measured in pixels or inches, with full control of scaling interpolation (pixel/edge smoothing).
EasyBatch also provides fast and easy rotation for landscape and portrait photos. A brand new color filter in version 1.2 allows you to adjust the saturation, brightness, and contrast of all your images, leveraging Apple's CoreImage and CoreFilter technologies under the hood.
Watermarking is also available in EasyBatch, giving you the ability to quickly stamp large folders of photos with any watermark image of your choice - and EasyBatch provides full control over the edge alignment and watermark placement.
Once your images have been processed, EasyBatch can save out in 4 of the most common image formats: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and standard bitmap format. With EasyBatch you can control all of the options for your output files: adjust JPEG compression, use LZW or packits TIFF's, and even preserve EXIF data for photos taken with digital cameras.
EasyBatch also provides automatic renaming options to make sorting and organizing your images a snap, and when your batch is done, it can even move your original photos to the trash automatically to make sure your Mac stays clutter-free.
The new 1.2 release of EasyBatch features over a dozen improvements, including a brand new interface, saturation and contrast filters, automatic folder creation, more free watermarks, enhanced error checking, and several bug fixes.
Pricing and Availability:
EasyBatch is Shareware (currently discounted to $18 USD for a Single User license key) and is available as a free download from BravoBug Software (.ZIP, 650k).
