Australian Federal Court Overturns Injunction on Samsung Galaxy Tab

An Australian Federal Court has overturned an injunction on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 following Samsung's appeal of the ruling to ban sales of the device, according to Gizmodo.
Apple has already made it clear that it will appeal the decision to the High Court in an effort to suspend the verdict until appeal so the injunction will remain in place. Gizmodo notes that that Court conceded and issued a stay of orders until Friday at 4, giving Apple time to file its appeal with the High Court.
Samsung has commented on the matter saying:
Samsung Electronics Australia is pleased with today's unanimous decision by the Federal Court to lift the preliminary injunction on sales of the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1. We believe the ruling clearly affirms that Apple's legal claims lack merit.
We will make an announcement regarding the market availability of the GALAXY Tab 10.1 in Australia shortly.
