Jumsoft Releases An Updated Money For iPhone

Jumsoft, developer of high-quality applications for Mac OS X and iOS has announced an updated iPhone version of its Money application. Version 2.2 of the popular finance and budgeting app features a report capability, quick lists of favorite categories and payees, and considerably faster operations.

Money was first launched in 2003 and has since earned wide popularity among small business owners and home users of Mac. Fans of Money appreciate the synthesis of its high usability and powerful finance management features. Money allows users to track transactions to and from their wallets and bank accounts; make budget plans and monitor results; handle their bills; and analyze financial data with interactive reports. With Money for iPhone, users are able to access all of these features on the go.

"Money for iPhone is a stripped-down version of Money 4, but it has all the main features available to desktop users," Algirdas Unguvaitis, the general manager of Jumsoft, said. "I believe we managed to make Money for iPhone 2.2 both more extensive and user-friendly than its predecessor."


With Money for iPhone, users are able to create different types of accounts for cash, bank accounts, credit cards, and assets and keep up to date with transactions to, from, and among them. The Budgets feature helps users to follow a pre-planned budget, while the Scheduler feature helps them remember amounts due. Users are also able to synchronize the financial data in Money 4 on their Mac computers with Money for iPhone 2.2.

The updated version includes a reporting system that allows users to analyze their financial data in a convenient and stylish interface. It includes five report types, such as spending by category or account transactions. Furthermore, users are now able to select their favorite categories and payees, so adding transactions is much quicker. In addition, the app is considerably faster.
