AdvSoft CalPad 1.4

AdvSoft has announced CalPad 1.4, the most useful organizer you will need for your iPad. CalPad is the most connectivity support application for iPad. It supports direct sync events to the built-in iPad calendar, which in turn can connect to Exchange, Mobile me; direct sync events to Google Calendar, tasks to Toodledo and to Outlook to-do list.

CalPad 1.4 - Calendar application: support day view, week view, single month view and 4-months view. All is to provide a most convenient way for managing data. Task list: Along with calendar view, there is also task view, where supports list of task, sorting, quick add new task, filter with multiple options in List view. Notes list: multiple text notes and stylus notes can attach to a day. As an integrated tool, for any main view there are calendar view, task view and note view combined, which can help user to manage data with ease. Furthermore, for application main view, to take advantage of the space, in Landscape view, more data will be shown.

CalPad 1.4 - Drag and drop between views: Calpad is the only application which supports drag and drop data between any views. Task can drag to calendar and note view, event be drag to task and note view, note can drag to task and calendar view. Drag inside Task view will change tasks order, in calendar view will change event's time, in note view to change notes order. That is the most easy method to support the workflow: Notes -> Tasks -> Events, from a Note, just drag it to Task view to create a task with that note, and drag to calendar view to make it become an event.


CalPad 1.4 - Smart scheduling tasks into calendar: task is not only a list separated with calendar as most of other applications, with CalPad task can also be scheduled to calendar to find which is the best time to do the tasks. Any single task or all tasks can be selected for booking to calendar.

CalPad 1.4 - Timing and tracking tool: any tasks or events can be timed and paused any time to see how much time has been invested to them. Once the task or event is completed, the timing records will be kept in History and can export to CVS format for review later.

CalPad 1.4 - Remember anything: all done tasks and events will be kept in History view, where all records of the data can be found.

In the near future, we are also planning for updates with iOS 5 new great features such as iCloud, sync tasks to Google tasks, also to support iPhone version of the application.
