This is just a skyfire wannabe. Skyfire handles videos very well and does everything this can and more.

To be fair Opera is far older than Skyfire and this does nothing that Skyfire is trying to do (additional flash video support, social media integration). So I really don't think Skyfire's existence has anything to do with Opera. Opera also has a fantastic desktop browser with great bookmark syncing to this. And while I like Skyfire, I find it slower and buggier than my other browsers (iChromy, Mercury, Atomic, Terra are all better unless you love the social integration). Also Puffin is an impressive browser, uses cloud rendering and has full Flash support (little choppy though). Opera for iPad/iPhone is just a streamlined and fast browser with an attractive UI. And most importantly uses it's own rendering engine (which is much faster) as opposed to every other iBrowser which just wraps a UI around the Safari renderer. While this allows some very nice UI additions (nicer page loads, beautiful page transitions), it has the side effect of not having the same video integration as Safari and needs to catch up. I am sure it will, but I would have preferred they waited to release it when it handled videos at least as well as the Safari based browsers. Now it just makes me sad because I want to use it. The forced mobile view for some sites is unacceptable though.

Unfortunately this still handles videos like crap and loads some pages in mobiel view, rendering it utterly useless. This mobile view is easily fixed in opera:config on the Android version, but those options are missing in the iPad version :( Such a shame because other than these issue's it is by far the best browser for iPad. Once they fix these issues I'll sing it's praises, until then, VERY disappointed.
