WinPwn 2.0.0.3 Released

A lot of users have been having issues with Winpwn. These issues ranged from 160x errors to the creation of the custom IPSW.

The new version of Winpwn has:
- Support for both 1.1.4 and 2.0
- Custom Image Support
- Custom Payload Support
- 3g iPhone support
- Support for WinXP and Vista 32/64bit.

Note: Windows 2003/2008 server (Yes SERVER) are not supported, neither is Windows 95 or Windows 3.11

Also please keep these important notes in mind..
- You MUST do a full uninstall of winpwn before installing the new version
- Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes ( Currently 7.7)
- WinPwn uses 300MB of ram at peak due to the ipsw being extracted in memory
- You must first click browse and load an IPSW to use WinPwn (i thought this was clear)
- For 2.0 only the *5A347_Restore.ipsw files are valid. The 345 image will not work
- If you see Failed to load image catalog/payload catalog, this is fine and won't cause problems
- If you already have service with AT&T do not activate or install Youtube Fix

Our tutorials have reflected this change. Hopefully the errors will decrease.

It does not work for me. i wanna Jailbreak my 3G using Winpwn 2.0.0.3 can not do custom. Ispw file. (stopped and automatically quit the program) How should I get it to work?

I used WinPwn 2.0.0.1 with vista/itunes 7.7.0.43 and the ipsw creation and the loading / unlocking / jailbraking of the 2G worked fine. Also did install some apps via cydia and the itunes apps shop which worked fine as well. I only wonder how I can switch the passcode lock off..

What ?!?! Windows For Workgroup 3.11 isn't supported? Why oh why.... it runs on my 80386 with my math co pro for awesome performance and stability. Syncing my iPhone on M$ Outlook Express... pure bliss.

I'm wondering if I keep on getting an 16xx error because I have Itunes 7.7.0.43 and not 7.7 (don't no if there ever was an 7.7). Because then the 0.43 could have the negative effect that the iPwner function of winpwn does not work. Are there people that are having the 16xx error whit itunes 7.7???

managed to jailbreak first crappy app i tried to install was make it mine , it crashes iphone big style back to restore for another 2 hours now what a waste of time did no one test crappy cydia before it was releasesd and Y thats your crappy cydia proven to be no good i will just wait for installer now

Patience all. 2.0 was just released. This really has come a long way in a very short time, much much faster than a year ago :)

Please, please, please enlighten me, WHAT is it that you belive that installer will bring you that you don't already have in Cydia ?

well another update still no installer we all waiting for installer before we jailbreak 3g so will it be with winpwn 2.0.04 who knows
