First Baby Tracker iPhone App With An Alarm Function

BabyOnTime is a baby tracker app that lets users set reminders and log activities in their baby's day. It is the first app in its category that allows users to set alarms for feedings, diaper changes, medication or other events. It also has the unique ability to let users track their baby's length/height and weight, and see them plotted on a growth chart.

BabyOnTime was created with help from a pediatrician, a mother of twins (Jane Roper of the "Baby Squared" blog on Babble.com) and a new dad. Says co-creator Kalyan Das, "We looked at the other baby tracker apps on the market and wanted to create something that was less complicated to use, but still included all the features new moms would want."

He adds, "What really sets BabyOnTime apart are the reminder alarms. It's easy to lose track of time when you have a newborn, so having a reminder when it's time for a diaper change, a feeding, or a medication dose can really help parents out."


With BabyOnTime, users can record details and view and email reports of breastfeeding (side(s) and duration of nursing), bottle feedings, diaper changes, solid foods, baths, sleep, medication and playtime.

Users can also set alarms for any of the above activities, set to go off at any interval up to 24 hours, for up to 30 days. Five different alarm sounds are available.
