Apple has released Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview 2 and Xcode 4.1 Developer Preview 2 to developers for testing.
If running Developer Preview 1, please make sure to install "Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview Update 1" from Software Update (available under the Apple menu) prior to downloading Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview 2. If you do not perform this update, your download will not begin when you redeem the code and the code will no longer function.
Apple is using the Mac App Store to install this preview just like they did with first one. We'll update you with information on what's new once it becomes available.

... You must also download Xcode 4.1 Developer Preview 3 available from the Mac Dev Center to build apps with this version of Lion.
