Apple to Release iOS 4.3 on February 13th?

David Pogue writing for the New York Times may have let it slip that Apple plans to release iOS 4.3 on February 13th, 9to5Mac observed.
The single new feature in Verizons iPhone is Personal Hotspot, where the iPhone becomes a Wi-Fi base station. Up to five laptops, iPod Touches or other gadgets can get online, using the phone as a glorified Internet antenna.
Thats incredibly convenient. Many other app phones have it AT&Ts iPhone gets it on Feb. 13 but Apples execution is especially nice. For example, the hot spot shuts itself off 90 seconds after the last laptop disconnects. Thats hugely important, because these personal hot spot features are merciless battery drains.
The date has since been removed and changed to "soon". Although February 13th is a Sunday, its the same day AT&T is increasing its tethering data plan by 2GB.
