Atomic Software has announced their new time and money-saving app, Bike Repair 1.0, is now available on the iTunes App Store. Always at the ready on the road or at home, Bike Repair will pay for itself the very first time it's used.
From changing tires to rear derailleur adjustment, Bike Repair offers detailed instruction on over 2 dozen common repairs that work for every major brand of bicycle. Written in plain-English, the easy to understand instructions are perfect for casual and serious riders alike, with none of the repairs requiring any special tools. Repair instructions are straight to the point, without unnecessary texts that distract users from the problem at hand.
Repair instructions are supplemented by 90 studio-quality photos that illustrate exactly how each repair should be performed. Each photo provided added tips to ensure the repair is performed correctly the first time. Since many bike repair issues occur while riders are on the road, Bike Repair is the perfect companion that goes wherever the rider goes. No longer will users have to search the internet for answers that are often conflicting, or to find a bike repair shop for expensive repairs or maintenance services. Bike Repair is the perfect companion for anyone who likes to save money or do things themselves.
Updates are already planned for Bike Repair, adding additional solutions and repair procedures, which will make the app even more valuable. All current app owners will receive subsequent updates for free once they are released. For more information and screenshots, visit the iTunes App Store or the Bike Repair website.
Pricing and Availability: Bike Repair 1.0 is $1.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Sports category.
I always figured they got paid for these ads. I've been reading iclarified for a long time now, and while the news about jailbreaking is helpful, the news about apps seems to be nothing more than verbatim advertisements from the developers. Nothing wrong with making money, I guess. I take the good with the bad.
iClarified is doing a great job! Important or less important, the news are always here... Even if they win $ with the pub into news apps, fine, even the site needs support and all the work done.. And when we need links, tutos or infos to our needs we know where to find it, soo keep the money coming ;)
I have absolutely no issue with iClarified making money. I love iClarified. I guess I was putting too much stock in their application postings thinking that those were apps that someone at iClarified thought were exceptional but when I would try those same apps, most were ordinary at best. I was simply looking to clarify iClarified. Thanks for your replies.
