The iPhone Dev-Team ostrzega przed nieautoryzowany sprzedawaniem/kradzieżą oprogramowania yellowsn0w.

Wygląda na to że “Jody Sanders” z West Midlands, UK (o którym wspominaliśmy w poście przy publikacji ) robi to znowu i kradnie naszą pracę, przypisując sobie zasługi . Robił to już wcześniej i było to raportowane przez Guardian i naszą grupę jak również bardzo szeroko opisywane na wątkach forów hackint0sh.

Szczególnie zabraniamy komercyjnego wykorzystywania naszego oprogramowania, yellowsn0w jak najbardziej tym zastrzeżeniom podlega. Ten psi pomiot sprzedaje nasze oprogramowanie po okazyjnej cenie £19.99 jak pisze:-

“Możemy w pełni odblokować iPhone'a 3G tak aby używać go było można z dowolną siecią GSM za jedyne £19.99 DIY (£49.99 w sklepie w Londynie albo Birmingham) - tylko teraz zanim dostępny będzie iPhone 3G PAYG w Wielkiej Brytanii (dostępny w Carphone Warehouse oraz o2).”

iPhone Dev-Team prosi każdego kto ma więcej informacji o iph*neunl*ckuk oraz Jody Sanders o kontakt na adres blog@iphone-dev.org. Będą również bardzo wdzięczni za wsparcie lub porady prawne jak postąpić w tej sytuacji.

archer1702, Please read before you post such a comment. It is perfectly legal to unlock the phone. The DEV Team is giving free software that does not infringe on any rights. What they are giving you is perfectly legal.

I wish I can find those stupid thieves I am right now in London and I don't know where to find them I am sorry about the hard has been done by the dev team we all know it is a hard work but dev team has to put in mind that we all love you and support you if I find those thieves I will let you know.
