What do i have to make first ?

I need to upgrade and jailbreak my iphone 3gs to ios 5.1.1 but i want also to Downgrade from iPad baseband so i wanna know what i have to do first? and thanks for ur help

I think that downgrading iPad Baseband first is required ;)
