How can i upgrade my iphone to ios 5.1.1?

I am currently running jail broken 4.2.1 and tried upgrading to 5.1.1 but an error pops up saying 3194. I tried resolving the issue by modifying the host file but no use.
Please help me with this....

you can solve the problem ussing tyniumbrela thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/
download the program, run and press the buton say "star tss server", go to itunes, put your iphone on dfu mod, press shift + restore (on windows) or option+ restore (on mac)
Remember save your shsh

you can do it with redsnow/pwange tool
if pwange tool you need to enter into DFU mode and do custom ipsw after you enter your iphone into DFU mode all what you need to do is open itunes end click alt+s and open your custom ipsw
