iOS 17.4 Beta Hints at New iPad With Landscape Face ID Camera

The iOS 17.4 beta released today hints at a new iPad with a landscape oriented Face ID camera.
There's a new string in the beta, spotted by @SteveMoser, that instructs users to put their iPad in landscape with the camera at the top of the screen for Face ID setup.
"During Face ID setup, iPad needs to be in landscape with the camera at the top of the screen."
Currently, the only iPad with a camera oriented for landscape is the iPad Air; however, that model doesn't have Face ID, so this must be referring to a new device.
Apple is expected to debut new 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models this year. The tablets are expected to move to a superior OLED display and utilize the company's new M3 processor. It's possible that Apple will switch to a landscape oriented Face ID camera for this model. Alternatively, it could be adding Face ID to the iPad Air.
